This double-disc knife gate valve is a new type fast-flow regulating valve with two actuators, which make the valve open and close on both sides at the same time and double increase the hoist speed. The opened degree of the valve can be controlled directly through travel indicator. This valve is usually used in the ventilation ducts to control the wind-conditioning or regulation of the flow rates of coal cinder. Through simultaneous operation of the two actuators make two gates separate and combine to opposite directions at the same time. The characteristics of quick hoist speed and of regulating flow from center to two sides make the media keep evenly flowing from center to around. This kind of valve can be equipped with manual, pneumatic and electric actuator according to client's requirements.
