Double flange NBR/EPDM rubber soft seal butterfly valve replaceable isc sealing ring used for water or seawater with lever/worm gear box/electric actuator.
DN50-DN4500, PN6/10/16/25, available material cast iron, ductile iron GGG40/GGG50/WCB/SS, used for water.

1) Brief
Flange type soft seal butterfly valve is our new product which design and manufacture according to the newest standard of DIN3354&API609, new structure and better performance. It can cut-off or control the flow rate and which can be used in metallurgy, chemical, electrical, municipal engineering, pipeline engineering etc. Appropriate medium: Water, oil, air and so on...

1. New structure design, much suitable size and weight;
2. The sealing ring can be replaced without dismantling the disc.
3. Double eccentric disc and body structure, easy operating;
4. Sliding fit between seal and seat, lower abrasion and longer lifetime;
5.90¡ã Turning shaft design, which can control the disc at any position between 0¡ã ~90¡ã ;
6. Besides worm gear and level, electrical actuator, pneumatic actuator, hydraulic actuator can be used either;
7. Better flow characteristics, better performance.
